Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of this website. Delivery engagements are governed by a separate master services agreement and statement of work, which take precedence where they conflict.
Estimates on this site
The capacity and cost estimator produces indicative figures from published rate cards and velocity baselines. It is a planning aid, not an offer; a binding quote is issued only through a signed SOW.
Bench availability
Profile counts, audit scores and availability windows reflect the state of the bench at the time of publication and can change without notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other's non-public information confidential. Candidate identities are disclosed only after a mutual NDA is in place.
Intellectual property
For turnkey and dedicated pod engagements, all work product and repositories transfer to the client on final payment, as stated in the applicable SOW.
