Privacy Policy
Corzlabs Inc. processes personal data as a controller for its own website and business operations, and as a processor for client project data under an MSA.
Data we collect
Contact details you submit through a consultation request (name, work email, company, project brief), and standard server telemetry (IP address, user agent, requested path) retained for security and capacity planning.
Candidate data
Engineering dossiers on this site are anonymised. Candidate identity, references and background-check artefacts are held in the vetting system, disclosed only after a mutual NDA, and never sold or syndicated.
How we use it
To scope engagements, staff pods, secure the platform, and meet contractual and legal obligations. We do not use client project data to train third-party models.
Retention
Consultation requests are retained for 24 months. Client engagement data follows the retention schedule in the master services agreement. Security logs are retained for 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@corzlabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
Sub-processors
Cloud hosting, error monitoring and email delivery providers act as sub-processors under a data processing addendum. A current list is available on request.
