Projects we take on — delivered end to end

Four ways to work with Corzlabs, all project-shaped: we scope it, we build it, we hand it over running. Language and framework are chosen per project — we are not selling a single stack, and we are not renting you headcount.

How a project startsNo obligation
< 24hto a scoping call

Send the problem and the constraints. You get a written spec, a milestone plan and a fixed price before any work starts.

Service 01 // Product Builds

Web & mobile product builds

You bring the problem; we deliver the working product. Spec, architecture, build, deploy — with a fixed scope and a price agreed before we start.

  • Web applications, dashboards, customer portals
  • iOS and Android apps from one codebase
  • APIs, integrations and background processing
  • Any language or framework your team already runs
Typical timeline6–12 weeks

Service 02 // SaaS Engineering

SaaS product engineering

Multi-tenant platforms built to be sold: accounts, roles, billing, onboarding and the admin tooling that keeps support tickets down.

  • Multi-tenant architecture and data isolation
  • Subscriptions, plans, invoicing and usage metering
  • Self-serve onboarding and admin consoles
  • Integrations, webhooks and public APIs
Typical timeline8–16 weeks
Discuss a SaaS build →
Service 03 // AI & Automation

AI features and internal automation

Practical AI in production: document and clinical text processing, assistants over your own data, and the automation that removes manual work from your operations.

  • Document, medical and financial text pipelines
  • Assistants grounded in your own data
  • Evaluation and safety before anything goes live
  • Back-office automation and reporting
Typical timeline4–10 weeks
Discuss an AI build →
Service 04 // Maintenance

Maintenance & feature retainers

A monthly capacity block for the work nobody on your team has time for: fixing bugs, upgrading frameworks, shipping small features and keeping deploys boring.

  • Response SLA agreed in writing
  • Dependency, framework and security updates
  • Monitoring, backups and deploy upkeep
  • Works on whatever the codebase is written in

01

Technical Deep-Dive

A live session on real work: data modelling and query design, API and state architecture, and how the candidate reasons about a feature they have never seen — in whatever language they claim.

02

Live Code & Design Review

Pair-review of production code or a design file, including how they use AI tools: which parts they delegate, what they verify, and whether the output would survive review.

03

Ownership & Communication

Written async communication, PR clarity, estimation honesty and how they handle being wrong. This is where most senior candidates still fail.

Engagement Model

We take the project, not the seat

You are buying a delivered outcome, not headcount. Every project starts with a scoping call, a written spec and a fixed milestone plan, then runs as two-week sprints with a demo you can click at the end of each one. The repository, pipeline and IP are yours from day one.

AI-assisted delivery, with humans on the gate

Everyone on the team builds with AI in the loop — scaffolding, test generation, refactors, documentation. That is where the speed comes from. What it does not replace is judgement: nothing generated reaches your main branch without a human review, tests on the paths that matter, and a written rationale in the pull request.

  • AI for scaffolding, test generation, refactors and documentation
  • Human review on every merged change, by a second engineer
  • Automated CI gates: lint, types, tests, build
  • Quality bar unchanged — only the delivery speed moves
